Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including data collected through Facebook, Instagram, or other connected social media platforms.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data, send an email to mbeaubian@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

Your full name
The email address associated with your account
A brief description of the data you would like deleted (e.g., "all data," "social media access tokens," etc.)

What Happens Next

We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will notify you by email once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

Your contact information (name, email, company)
Social media access tokens and account connections
Content calendars and scheduled posts associated with your account
Any other personal data we hold on your behalf

Disconnecting Facebook / Instagram

You can also revoke our access to your Facebook or Instagram accounts at any time directly through Facebook:

Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
Find Shell B Media Management and click Remove

This immediately revokes our ability to post on your behalf, even before we process a formal deletion request.
